SharpSpring Multi-Client Edition

In response to feedback we’ve received from several firms using the SharpSpring application, we’re excited to announce the release of our Multi-Client Edition (MCE).

What does it do?

MCE allows any type of firm – Marketing, web development, PR, advertising, etc. – to manage multiple SharpSpring accounts for their clients under one master account. This special edition allows the firm admin to add client accounts and connect that client’s third party systems such as Google AdWords and SalesForce CRM while keeping the client data completely separated from other clients. The firm admin can also create user accounts for each client account giving different levels of access to both clients and firm account managers.

How does it work?

Once the firm adds the client account they simply go through the normal set up process. Once the set up process is complete the firm can switch between client accounts via the client selection drop down in the top right of the page.

How do you get a Multi-Client Edition?

If you’re a marketing firm already using the SharpSpring product, just contact James Davis at james@staging-sharpspringcom.kinsta.cloud or 888.428.9605 Ext. 802 and he’ll get you set up. If you’re a new firm, visit our Multi-Client Edition feature page to learn more and sign up.
